Day 3 of my 90 Day Challenge: Total Weight Loss Chocolate Diet Challenge with Xocai Healthy Chocolate
The New Year is here. What are your plans for the new year? Do you have a goal to workout more this year, eat better, lose some weight? Maybe your answer is all of the above. Today is day 3 of my weight loss challenge. I am feeling great eating the MXI Corp. XO Meal Replacement shake. I currently replace two meals with a yummy chocolate shake, eat a normal dinner, have healthy snacks, lots of water and all of the XO Power Squares I can handle. (These yummy bits of chocolate are just 33 calories each and curb my cravings. )
The best thing I like about this so called “Diet” is that it does not feel like a diet at all. With a normal “Diet” you have to give something up, eat less food or feel guilty if you eat something you are not supposed to. That is not how I feel at all. When I get a craving, AND YES, I am human and I have cravings, I just simply grab a XO Power Square and all is well in the world. LOL Yes I am being a bit silly but my point is that I don’t feel deprived like I have on past diets.
Deprived is a bad word in the sense of dieting. Nobody wants to feel they are deprived. That is why most of us ultimately give up on diets. To me this is exciting. Not being deprived, feeling energetic and wanting to lose the weight is an awesome feeling.
If you are like me, tired of feeling deprived when on a diet plan, then you need to check out the MXI Corp. XO Meal Replacement Diet. Try it now during the month of January 2013 for just $59.99 SHIPPED! Control your weight eating chocolate. Xocai healthy chocolate diet shows you how to lose weight eating dark chocolates
The key to a yummy shake is to include frozen banana. It changes the consistency to a nice thick frothy shake. Unlike other shakes that will help you lose weight but have no health benefits or limited health benefits, this shake has a Total ORACfn score of over 50,000!
Here is information from Brunswick Labs that explains about Total ORACfn. See their press release here.
There are five major radicals causing oxidative damage in the human body. In combination, they cause DNA, protein, and lipid damage, contribute to systemic inflammation and other harmful pathways. “Defending against just one of these is like patching just one of five holes in a boat,” Nichols adds.
“Total ORAC FN provides scientific analysis that allows companies to fine tune their product formulations based on actual performance against free radicals.” ” Total ORAC FN can also be linked to clinical outcomes such as oxidative stress, inflammation, and bioavailability.”
