Life is short no question, so be sure to take care of yourself, enjoy life and live with purpose.

I am 53. It is sad to say I have seen my share of death as I am sure you have as well. Friends from high school have passed away. Even my brother passed away at age 42. Grandparents have passed. You just don’t know when it is your time, as sad as that is to say.

I talk to many individuals that want to focus on their health and start making healthy changes to improve their health. Unfortunately sometimes people wait until it is too late. They wait until they have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

I personally have been able to control my type 2 diabetes eating Beyond healthy chocolate 4 times a day before meals, and before bed. I also take a supplement called berberine. No longer do I take the prescription medications to treat my diabetes, yet my diabetes is completely under control. How cool is that. I know, sounds too good to be true.  Each piece of Beyond chocolate is 35 calories each, 1 gram of sugar and equal in antioxidants to over 1 pound of raw spinach!

The bottom line is antioxidants, cocoa flavanols and cocoa polyphenols are good for you. Look up the research, google it and you will agree as well. The chocolate you find at your local gas station or grocery store is not the healthy chocolate I am referring to. In fact, some chocolate is truly FAKE, having NO CHOCOLATE AT ALL! Start reading the labels and you will be shocked!

Today make a change. Change Your Chocolate. Life is too short to eat fake chocolate.
